Who they are:

Chicago’s are a large chain of 31 nightclubs across the UK and Wales. They are owned by Atmosphere Bars and Clubs Ltd.

What we did:

Chocolate is now officially the chosen agency of Atmosphere Bars and Clubs. Keep your eyes peeled for our exciting new creative work.

Daniel Thwaites

Who they are:

Daniel Thwaites are a large, traditional pub company based in Lancashire. With an estate of more than 375 pubs, they have a rich history of brewing beer for over 200 years.

What we did:

A natural extension of Daniel Thwaites’ successful public notice boards, another range of posters was developed which would give individual pub landlords the option to personalise their pub signage. The different poster designs were tailored to work with particular regions in which pubs were located, while still giving landlords in the same area flexibility to customise.

Trinity Walk Consumer

Who they are:

Trinity Walk is a brand new shopping centre development in Wakefield. It has more than 60 new shops which include most of the largest UK fashion brands.

What we did:

The design team at Chocolate developed an extensive press campaign to promote Trinity Walk’s official consumer launch. A range of press advertisements were run in newspapers and local publications. Marketing also ran on buses, phone kiosks and roadside billboards.
The print marketing suite was fully integrated with broadcast marketing on radio, TV and online.

Milk & More

Who they are:

Part of the Dairy Crest group, milk&more deliver fresh milk and everything dairy to your door. They offer a huge and ever-expanding range of essentials to over 1.4 million homes all over the UK.

What we did:

Chocolate were asked to help milk&more guide more customers towards their online delivery service. Mail drop leaflets and milk bottle hangers were produced with promotional offers to encouraged customers to sign up for the delivery service. Data capture was then used to target customers with further incentives and promotions. This work has seen milk&more enjoy a significant rise in online sales.

Harry Ramsdens

Who they are:

Established in 1928, Harry Ramsdens is the largest chain of fish and chip restaurants nationwide. Today there are 35 Harry Ramsden’s restaurants in operation across the UK.

What we did:

A redesign was commissioned for the above counter menus in Harrys restaurants and takeaways throughout the UK. Chocolate analysed the customer journey to make clear choice and up sells priority in the design of each menu. This ensured customers had a clear understanding of their options and their prices.

Ixxys Bagels

Who they are:

Ixxy’s Bagels are a large producer of New York style gourmet bagels. They produce both white label and own brand products which can be found in many of the larger supermarket chains in the UK.

What we did:

Chocolate has produced a whole range of promotions for Ixxy’s helping to entice customers instore to make a purchase. This has included designs for retail packaging, a series of posters and point of sale and a range of leaflets.

Who they are:

Pumpkin are a large chain of café shops located in mainline railway stations across the UK.

What we did:

Chocolate created all the point of sale materials for Pumpkin from the very outset, including instore posters, counter cards and menu boards.

What we did:

Chocolate created prominent point of sale and signage, both internal and external, with a strong focus on brand image. Public notice boards were put up to announce coming events; pub patrons could also actively participate by putting up their own notices both onsite and online.
The move was a resounding success with the client as underperforming pubs rapidly picked up and began bucking the industry trend.

The Pasty Shop

Who they are:

The Pasty Shop are a large chain of shops which serve genuine Cornish pasties in mainline railway stations across the UK.

What we did:

A range of packaging, brochures, press and point of sale advertising was designed for The Pasty Shop in order to revitalize their brand.

Coors

Who they are:

Coors Brewers are responsible for the production and distribution of massive beverage brands like Carling and Miller Light.

What we did:

Coors Brewers approached Chocolate to design a series of specialist themed outdoor point of sale sites located in and around railway stations across the country. With above the line campaigns firmly in mind, to aid brand continuity, we developed a series of ideas for each brand based on a railway theme. The campaigns had a high recall with commuters.
