Ravello are a small chain of cafes and sandwich shops with 5 locations in and around Westminster, London.
What we did:
Chocolate were asked to consider permanent point of sale as part of the “education” section of the customer journey in the new store. We developed a range of five large format wall panels, each depicting a different area of provenance and story around the Ravello brand.
Graphic panels for the exterior windows were also installed until the store officially opened.

The final stage of rebranding Ravello involved designing a bespoke menu solution for their units. Point of sale materials like instore posters, signs and menu boards had to be included as well.

Chocolate provided Ravello with a new customer journey plan for each site helping to speed customer decision and maximize speed. We then developed a new brand image for the company that included a new logo.

The photographic catalogue Chocolate developed was essential to Ravello’s business needs and helped them reach their target audience.

We were recommended to Ravello in 2009 to help them take their business to the next level. A full packaging suite was created to complement their new updated brand image.

The Chocolate design team set about creating a new store design to boost Ravello’s profile in the marketplace. The client has since refurbished all units and is in the process of adding a new store to the chain.
