Go Lower
Who they are:
Go Lower is a dietary company in the weight loss industry. Their ketogenic food programme utilizes a high protein, low fat diet to trigger the body’s natural fat burning process.
What we did:
Chocolate shot a new photographic portfolio for Go Lower to dispel the their high protein diet meals as wholesome and attractive. A selection of soups, dinners and snacks provided clients with a clear idea of the product range available.
Patisserie Valerie
Who they are:
Patisserie Valerie Group are a chain of boutique continental bakery and confectionery stores in south England. Along with sister companies Druckers and Baker & Spice, the group has been in operation since 1926.
What we did:
In addition to commissioned photography and packaging, a large part of the redesign involved removing clutter from menus and menu boards as well as internal and external point of sale pieces.
This resulted in a cleaner and clearer decision path for customers and the client saw a profit rise of over 10 percent at the front end of a recession.
Ravello
Who they are:
Ravello are a small chain of cafes and sandwich shops with 5 locations in and around Westminster, London.
What we did:
The photographic catalogue Chocolate developed was essential to Ravello’s business needs and helped them reach their target audience.
Birley Sandwiches
Who they are:
Birley Sandwiches are a chain of shops in central London that sell delicious sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. They won “Specialist Sandwich Bar Chain of the Year” in 2007 and 2008.
What we did:
Birley Sandwiches tasked Chocolate with supplying new photography of their shops, customers and products. Emphasis on food preparation and quality were the ideas used to communicate Birley’s message. The final images were something special.
Harry Ramsdens
Who they are:
Established in 1928, Harry Ramsdens is the largest chain of fish and chip restaurants nationwide. Today there are 35 Harry Ramsdens restaurants in operation across the UK.
What we did:
Harry Ramsdens required completely new photography to complement their new brand image. The photography commissioned by Chocolate was a key element in reshaping the brand to successfully target new markets.
La Tasca
Who they are:
La Tasca is a large chain of Spanish Tapas restaurants in over 70 locations across the UK. Their brand message is to bring alive the look and feel of the real Spain.
What we did:
Chocolate successfully pitched for the business in 2007. Our photography for La Tasca was widely praised and is still in use today.
For more than 3 years we were responsible for all of La Tasca’s marketing across the UK. In 2008 our design and build of the La Tasca website increased hits from 500 to nearly 6,000 a day.
